Experimental Media and Performing Arts Center (EMPAC)

Construction of EMPAC continues in full gear during the winter months. The South Block has been temporarily sealed and heated to keep the operation in motion. Almost all concrete foundation and concrete superstructures are complete. Mechanical, electrical, and masonry work continue in the building.

All current work on EMPAC is confined to the limits of site construction within the fenced enclosure. Efforts continue to maintain clear, unobstructed, and safe passage on 8th Street and College Avenue with clean streets around the immediate project site.

Go to the EMPAC Web site and check out the EMPAC Web cam for live photos of the construction site. Images are updated every minute.
