The CDC Interview Center is located on the third floor of the Darrin Communications Center , Room 345.  Recruiters may check in beginning at 8:15 AM.  A typical day of interviews runs from 9 AM to 5 PM, but we will try to accommodate any special requests.  Interview lengths are generally 30, 45 or 60 minutes in length, with a lunch hour and two breaks provided.

Setting Up Your Interview Schedule(s)

To request an on-campus interview schedule, please use our online system, RedHawk JobLink.  If you currently have a NACElink account, you may log into our system with your existing User Name and Password.  If you do not have an account, please log on and request your Employer Account.  You will be contacted once your request has been processed.
 Request a Schedule via RedHawk JobLink and wait for approval.

Managing Your Visit

Once your visit has been set up online, it is your responsibility to monitor the activity and adhere to the posted deadlines associated with your visit.

Review Resumes.

Select Candidates by Preselection Due Date.

Review schedule, which is finalized two business days prior to interview date.

Types of Interview Schedules

Preselect – Students will submit resumes through RedHawk JobLink, and you will have the opportunity to select your candidates (primary and alternate). 

• P = Preselect (No alternate candidates)
  
• PA = Preselect to Alternates (Preselects sign up first, then alternates)
  
• PO = Preselect to Open (Allows students who meet criteria to sign up after Preselects)
  
• PAO = Preselect to Alternate to Open (Allows students who meet criteria to sign up after Preselects and Alternates)
  

Open – You may set specific criteria for candidates (major, citizenship, class year), and any qualified student may sign up online for an interview.   There is no further screening of candidates if you choose this option.
