WOMEN’S HOCKEY
The Engineers went 2-0-0 last week, edging fifth-ranked Harvard (3-2) in overtime on Friday night, before downing Dartmouth (5-2) on Senior Day, Saturday afternoon. Senior Whitney Naslund (2 goals, 1 assist) had three points against the Big Green, including the 100th of her collegiate career.

Rensselaer (14-11-6; 11-5-4 ECACH) travels to Cornell and Colgate to close out its ECAC Hockey regular season schedule on Friday (7pm) and Saturday (4pm), respectively. MEN’S HOCKEY
Rensselaer went 1-1-0 last week, beating Harvard (5-4) on Friday, before falling to Dartmouth (4-3) on Saturday. Junior Chase Polacek (Edina, MN) scored five goals on the weekend, including a natural hat-trick against the Big Green. RPI (16-13-3; 9-7-2 ECAC Hockey) returns to the Houston Field House this weekend, when it takes on Quinnipiac on Friday (7pm) and Princeton on Saturday (7pm) in the 33rd Bank of America Annual Big Red Freakout! Saturday will also be Senior Night.

SWIMMING & DIVING
Both squads were idle last week, but return to the pool for the UNYSCSA State Championships in Syracuse, N.Y. The women kick things off on Thursday, while the men’s squad will compete from February 26-28, also in Syracuse.

MEN’S BASKETBALL
The Engineers went 0-2 last week, dropping games at area-rivals Skidmore (92-80) and Union (64-59) on Friday and Saturday, respectively. Senior Ricky Philatre (Randolph, MA/Randolph) averaged 14.0 points and 6.5 rebounds in the two games. Rensselaer (13-8; 5-6 Liberty League) is back in action on Tuesday, when it visits travel partner Vassar (8pm). The Engineers then return home on Friday and Saturday, when they host Hobart (8pm) and Hamilton (4pm), respectively.

WOMEN’S BASKETBALL
Rensselaer went 1-1 last week, losing to Skidmore (59-53) on Friday, before upending Union (56-45) on Saturday. Graduate student Whitney Coleman (Rancho Cucamonga, CA) averaged 13.5 points, 7.5 rebounds and 7.0 assists in the two games. The Engineers (13-9; 8-3 Liberty League) are back on the hardwood on Tuesday night, when they visit Vassar (6pm). RPI then hosts William Smith and Hamilton on Friday (6pm) and Saturday (2pm).

TRACK & FIELD
Both the men’s and women’s teams won the Indoor Liberty League Championships on Saturday, in Canton. Helping the men win for the second straight year, senior Kyle Barden (Poughkeepsie, NY) finished first in all three events he competed. On the women’s side, sophomore Morgan Danner (McLean, VA) earned Outstanding Women's Performer honors after finishing third or better in all four events she entered. The Engineers are back in action on Saturday when they compete at the Marc Deneault Invitational, hosted by Cornell University (10am). Select members of each squad will then participate in the NYSCTC Multis, hosted at Cornell by Ithaca College (12pm).

**As is the case with 21 of Rensselaer’s 23 intercollegiate programs (exceptions are football and men’s hockey), there is no admission charged for home games.
