Eddie Ade Knowles
Vice President, Student Life

The vice president for student life is responsible for the management of Athletics, the Archer Center for Student Leadership Development, the Career Development Center, Religious Affairs, the Dean of Students Office, the Office of First- Year Experience, the Rensselaer Union, Residence Life, Student Health Services Center, and Student Records & Financial Services.

Eddie Ade Knowles is also currently an adjunct associate professor in the arts department. He has served Rensselaer as dean of students for 18 years, and has been involved in student life administration at Rensselaer since 1977.
